The key to a successful transformation is commitment.  At Winton Coaching, we are committed to tailoring  our therapeutic services to meet each individual client’s need.  We are committed to walking down the path of change with you and to meeting you where you are and when you are ready.  Winton Coaching offers individual therapeutic coaching sessions in-person and over the Internet, tranformational workshops and weekend retreats.

After an initial assessment of client goals, a series of therapeutic coaching sessions can begin. These meetings are offered on an individual basis or through a series of online Skype calls.

These workshops are designed to enrich lives and help people understand the power of their internal feelings. They vary in content and length of time but all designed to be stepping stones to greater self-awareness.

Family Constellation Workshop

Saturday, November 9th 9:30-5:00pm    1 Day Program Cost: $100

Facilitated by:  Tim Schladand, MSW and Rhonda Schladand,  of Louisville, KY

Workshop will be held at 3248 Greenfield Road Berkley, Michigan 48072

“If you look deeply into the palm of your hand, you will see your parents and all generations of your ancestors. All of them are alive in this moment. Each is present in your body. You are the continuation of each of these people.” — Thich Nhat Hanh

Family Constellations exposes the hidden dynamics within families that are behind the traumas and misfortunes we experience in our lives. Family Constellations allows us to break unconscious emotional family patterns so that we can live healthier, happier, more fulfilled lives.

Based on the work of renowned German psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger, Family Constellations work takes place in a group setting. Three levels of participation are offered: representing, constellating and supporting. Participants gain insights in each of the three levels. No knowledge or experience of the work is required. While we cannot guarantee that every participant will experience a constellation as a client, all group members will have the opportunity to benefit from our common work.

Facilitated by:  Tim Schladand, MSW and Rhonda Schladand, both of Louisville, KY

Unveiling Your Authentic Self

As we move from childhood into adulthood, we create personas – masks of a sort – that we hide behind. We do this because we believe we need to protect ourselves, to “fit in”, to be loved, to be worthy, to survive. In this 1 day workshop, the mask that you wear everyday will be discussed, examined, stretched, judged, loved and hopefully discarded.

Through the activities and sessions in this workshop, you will find out just how, why and at what cost you hold on to your mask. Through both your laughter and your tears, you will connect the stories that you’ve allowed to define you and your reality to the mask you’ve hidden behind.
Most importantly, you will learn, through self-coaching techniques, how to step safely into who you are, how to show your true self to the people you love, live and work with.

Workshop Schedule
1 Day program from 9:30am-4:30 pm
Cost: $100

Claude is not offering the “Unveiling Your Authentic Self” workshop at this time. Please check back soon for updates. If you’d like to request more information, please email Claude, or call us at (313) 633-6459.

Individual Therapy/Coaching  $125 per session

Discovering what is at the root of your current situation is the heart of our session. Creating a roadmap to the change you seek is our goal. At Winton Coaching, we integrate physical movement and awareness with talk therapy because we know that all thought and emotion is experienced and stored in the body. It’s important to use this valuable tool for understanding.

When entering into a coaching relationship, you will be provided with a game plan as a result of the initial assessment. This will include a beginning point, progress goals and a desired ending point. Topics for discussion are as varied as each individual and can include anything that may be impeding your growth as a person. Often issues that involve employment, relationships and physical health are brought up.

CheckoutIn-person therapy/coaching sessions last 50 minutes and can be combined with phone and on-line sessions. Recommended frequency is weekly, but sessions can be provided on a more and/or less frequent basis if needed. To schedule a session, email Claude, or call us at (313) 633-6459.

Online Therapy/Coaching  $125/session

Phone/Internet sessions will generally follow the same procedure as in-person therapy/coaching. A Skype account is necessary in order for this type of therapy/coaching and while Mariposa will provide telephone sessions, this is only in combination with face-to-face and/or Skype sessions.

For On-Line Therapy/Coaching, you will be asked to be in a quiet place and to assure that you will be undisturbed for the entire session. You will be able to gain the necessary skills of scanning your body for energy flow and guided throughout the session toward an understanding and interpretation of the blocks toward growth that you have put in place. You will build a practice that will allow you to quickly understand your triggers, and break the patterns of behavior that haven’t served you well.

CheckoutOnline therapy/coaching sessions last 50 minutes and can be combined with face-to-face counseling and phone sessions. They are individual sessions so if a couple or group is interested in participating, a customized program will have to be created. Recommended frequency is weekly, but sessions can be provided on a more and/or less frequent basis if needed.. To schedule a session, email Claude, or call us at (313) 633-6459.

“Claude and I have traveled the sacred journey of personnel growth for over 15 years. In that time, I have found him to be a man who is tireless in the pursuit of transformation and healing. He is skilled in many techniques however, his greatest skill is the ability to meet each person where they are in their individual process.”
